Win £1000 worth of Vouchers to spend in Ballymena BID Area.
By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
20 winners will WIN £1000 worth of shopping vouchers each. Total competition value of £20,000.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to participating in Ballymena Means/Ballymena BID (Ballymena Business Improvement District) shop to win competition. By participating in the Competition each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility for Participation: The Competition is only open to individuals (referred to as “Participants”) Participants must be (i) a resident of the United Kingdom and (ii) over 18 years of age. Participants can enter the competition several times from the 10th-30th November, providing they follow the access competition detail in point 2. Ballymena BID Board members, employees and their immediate family are not permitted to enter the Competition.
Access to Competition: The Participants enter the Competition by spending £30 or more in participating Ballymena Stores, this can be several small purchases or one purchase meeting £30 or more. Following your purchase, you can complete your competition entry form online by uploading a copy of your receipt(s). Alternatively, you can pick up an entry form from participating stores, stores will sign to verify your purchase and you can then complete and drop your form to 1. Midtown Makers, 2. Tower Centre, 3. Fairhill. Please ask a staff member to point you in the direction of the drop off point. Some stores may also offer to drop your completed form to the BID office, please note if you choose this method Ballymena BID and or the shop cannot be held responsible for loss of entry forms.

FREE Entry is also available online without a purchase by simply completing the online form and entering what you love about Ballymena in the comment box. Alternatively, you can also pick up a free entry form in Midtown Makers, Church Street Ballymena.
Both shops to win & free entries will be treated the same and all go directly into the same draw.
Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. Any entries that are deemed to be manipulative will have the manipulative votes discounted from the overall vote total.
Participation Period: The Competition is open for participation from 10/11/2020 and will close at midnight on 02/12/2020. The winners of the Competition will be announced daily from November 15th.
Winners is announced: Winners will be notified by telephone and then announced on social media immediately. If the winners cannot be reached within 24 hours of the terms of the notification, another entry will be selected and the original winner will forfeit any prize.
The Prize: The prize consists of various vouchers to spend in Ballymena to the value of £1000.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. There are no cash alternatives and the promoter’s decision are final.
Selecting winners: Entries will be entered into a database and winners chosen using a random number selection system that will be witnessed by two people. If the same number is selected twice the system will be re-run. A winner can only win once.
Competition organiser: The Competition is organised by Ballymena BID LTD.
Ballymena BID reserve the right to reject entries to the Competition: All entries that are deemed inappropriate and/or offensive will not be considered. Ballymena BID reserve all rights to decide what is considered inappropriate and/or offensive.
Ballymena BID is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible or incomplete entries. If, for any reason, the Competition is not capable of running as planned, caused by any causes beyond the control of Ballymena BID which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, Ballymena BID reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition and/or select winners from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.
Ballymena BID reserves the right to (i) withdraw the competition (ii) cancel or change the promotion, (iii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry and (iv) amend these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances make this necessary.
The Ballymena BID reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Competition; to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person or contestant.
The Ballymena BID is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Competition or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Competition. Ballymena BID is not responsible for any injury or damage to any Participant or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or uploading materials in connection with this Competition.
By entering the competition either via entry form or online you agree to being contacted by Ballymena BID regarding this competition. A valid telephone number is required for valid entry.
Proof of identity will be required when collecting your prize in the form of a valid passport, drivers licence or electoral card. Winners will be asked to participate in a photo and asked to sign a form confirming receipt of prize and sign a permission that photo & name can be used online and in printed press.
Ballymena BID Limited is the Business Improvement District of Ballymena.
