What we’re seeking:
Passion for Ballymena: An innate love for the heart of our town is a must. We want someone who knows Ballymena like the back of their hand and is eager to highlight its unique charm.
Creative flair: Do you have a knack for turning everyday scenes into mesmerizing content? We’re looking for someone with a creative spark who can breathe life into our social media platforms.
Engaging personality: We believe in the power of connection. Your ability to engage with businesses and mentor them on content creation will be pivotal in our mission.
Technical skills: From video editing to photography, you should be well-versed in the tools of the trade. Show us your portfolio, and let your work speak volumes.
Versatility: Experience working across various industries is a plus. Whether it’s retail, hospitality, service, or events, your ability to adapt your creative approach to different sectors will be highly valued.
Initiative and adherence to briefs: We need someone who can take a brief and run with it, while also bringing their own innovative ideas to the table. Initiative is key in this role, as is the ability to deliver high-quality work independently.
Responsibilities include:
- Actively capturing content within the town centre for up to 8 hours per week.
- Collaborating with local businesses to create high-quality video / photo creatives.
- Showcasing what’s great about Ballymena and engaging with the community.
- Supporting and mentoring businesses in content creation and delivery.
- Elevating Ballymena’s brand awareness and footfall through strategic campaigns and creatives.
